Returns & Refund Policy
All watches come with a return privilege providing that the value of the goods is not diminished as a result of excessive handling. This is deemed to be handling beyond what might reasonably be expected in a shop. There is no return privilege with straps unless defective.
Any watch may be returned for any reasonable reason provided you inform me in writing within 14 days of receipt in the UK, 7 days outside the UK. For a refund or exchange, the watch must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way; this includes removal of bracelet links and protective stickers and all supplied paperwork and accessories must be included. Any item supplied to special order is excluded from this returns policy.
Return postal charges are at the expense of the buyer. The refund will be made subject to compliance with the above and on receipt and inspection by me of the watch in question. If any returned item has been tampered with as specified above then I will need to make a charge to take that into consideration. All refunds for orders paid for by credit or debit cars will also be minus 2.5% to cover card processing costs (1.2% for the payment and 1.3% for the refund).
Please do not return any item without informing me prior to shipping and always return the item by a mode of shipping which is both insured and requires a signature. Please do not use a courier suxch as FedEx, UPS or DHL because they always charge import duties even though the watch may be returned following repair, regular insured mail is recommended. Items returned under the returns policy should be clearly marked "Goods returned to merchant under warranty". I will refuse delivery on COD items or any package which attracts customs duty because it has not been correctly marked.
Watches returned for repair under guarantee should be well packed but please do not include the watch box/pouch or any accessories which you want returning. The original invoice or guarantee card should accompany the watch. Return postage costs to be met by the customer, Time Factors will pay postage to return the watch to the customer.
Time Factors is a UK company which upholds the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 . Your statutory rights are not affected.
